## Description

Deliver Training Sessions for Exco Members utilising the current profile of experience and evidence of successes across the team, to deliver a development programme that is flexible to the individuals skills but tailored towards the needs of the department, the methodology will seek to employ problem solving approaches to make cultural changes across department to enable operating as one team\.
