## Description

The Den play area is the prime location on Teignmouth sea front\. The Play Area is one of the most popular play areas in the District\. After over 16 years of solid use the current play area is coming to the end of its useful life\. The contract is for the new play area design and:- • the supply and installation of new robust, high quality playground with coastal resilient equipment and surfacing for the three existing play zones\. Hard and soft landscaping features refurbished as necessary, revitalising the play space and giving the feeling of a brand-new play space\.
