Description
This is an outline scope for provision of specialist programme management office workstream support to the Asset Delivery (AD) programme. The AD programme is a priority for Highways England. AD is returning capability to HE to efficiently and effectively manage the Network through four contracts; Maintenance and Response, Design, Construction Works framework and Specialist Goods & Services.
