Feasibility study on development of a Film Studio, Training Centre and Creative Cluster in Brantham - AWARD

Babergh District Council in partnership with Suffolk County Council and St Francis Group is seeking to commission a consultant to undertake a feasibility study to assess the viability of the establishment and development of film studios, a related training centre and development of a film based creative cluster in Brantham.

This requirement is in two phases; Phase 1 - Feasibility Study, Phase 2 - Business Case (dependent upon the outcomes of Phase 1)
