Gateshead College requires comprehensive legal advice and services\. The College does not have any in-house legal personnel, therefore all matters requiring the support of legal professionals are outsourced\. Firms must have detailed knowledge and expertise in the law relating to the Further Education sector in England\. This Contract has been divided into three lots: Lot 1 - Legal Services: Employment Lot 2 - Legal Services: Property Lot 3 - Legal Services: General Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\. Muckle LLP were the successful tenderers for all 3 lots of this procurement\.
