## Description

Project Management support is required to deliver multiple development projects through to 2025\. Winning supplier\(s\) will provide the resources necessary to plan, procure and deliver construction works as instructed by LLA to enable the delivery of a portfolio of major and minor projects over the next 5 years\. The contract will be a ?0 value framework for a period of 3 years with options to extend for a further 2 years\. The portfolio of major and minor projects scope has been split in to two separate Lots; o Lot 1 - Project Management o Lot 2 - Retail Fit Out\. Bidders may submit pricing for either or both lots\. LLAO reserve the right to award to one or both lots and to source outside of the framework if the business requires further competition\.
