Office Refurbishment & Fit Out (Grimsby)

ORE Catapult are relocating the Operational & Maintenance Centre of Excellence ("OMCE") to the 1st Floor of the ABP Port Office, Cleethorpe Road, Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire, DN31 3LL.

ORE Catapult is due to occupy the first floor of this listed 2 storey landmark office building. The 1st floor needs to be redesigned and refurbished. This space then needs to be furnished to provide ORE Catapult with a turn key solution for relocating OMCE on Monday 16th March 2020. If this date is really not achievable, tenderers are invited to provide in their response an accurate alternative delivery date as close to this date as possible.

There is also an optional section for the following requirements: Ground Floor reception refurbishment Temporary office furniture rental Framework for 6 months, should the design not be affordable all at once
