Certified Return to Work Coordinators

The Advance fund as part of the UKSPF programme seeks training opportunities for residents in Sheffield to upskill. Working with employers, the Programme team undertake horizon scanning for skills shortages in the city and have identified skills in higher level health needs for community-based employment support. 'Well Working Matters' has been identified as providing training in this specific type of employment support methodology to meet the needs of employers and their clients as the only known organisation in the country with the licence to deliver it.
