GB-Colchester: Responsive Repairs - Electrical (0113)

Colchester Borough Homes (the Client), acting on behalf of Colchester Borough Council (the Authority) requires the Contractor(s) to undertake electrical works as described in the Specification.

The properties covered by this contract include all Colchester Borough Council owned domestic housing stock and leasehold properties.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.

The contract period is 1 October 2017 to 31 March 2019 with an option to extend up to one year.
