Pre-construction programme and engagement meetings to deliver RIBA stage 2 design for new enterprise centre in readiness for planning / funding application. Traditional build approach preferred.

Provide programme/logistics/price/scope of works to deliver demolition of existing Brookhouse centre and replace with new extension.

Obtain quotations for pre-construction design work and any other required services following RIBA stage 2.
