GB-Thurrock: Environmental Enforcement Services

The Council's requirement under this Contract is for the delivery of Contracted Civil Enforcement Services in line with Environmental Protection Act and Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act. The Contractor will be required to deliver patrol based services and call of enforcement activity in line with legislation and best practice. The contract will include the issue of fixed penalty notices, income collection and the preparation of prosecution files.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
