Tools for the Technology Operations Capability (TTOC)

Description

The Tools for the Technology Operations Capability (TTOC) project was commissioned in 2017 to provide tools and capabilities required to support the implementation of the Technology Operations Capability (TOC) at National Highways and to provide a national, consistent and efficient Service Management function for National Highways' roadside Operational Technology. TTOC supports the objectives of the Roads Investment Strategy (RIS) to deliver the following: - Improvements to Health and Safety by reducing roadside visits - Best practice Asset Management - Improved service to customers through better availability - Building capability and knowledge within National Highways through the TOC This contract will provide continuation of the TTOC project, delivering support (2nd and 3rd Line) and development of the platform.
