## Description

All Suppliers invited to this opportunity have passed the minimum requirements of the Procurement hub's Property Works Dynamic Purchasing System \(DPS\) OJEU Reference Number 2019/S 111-270744\. Home Group sought to appoint a suitably qualified Principal contractor to deliver elements of our planned programme in Zone 1 and 2 of our North East region to support our Home Group Repairs Service \(HGRS\)\. The 2 zones cover approx\. 9800 properties and are a mixture of rented and supported\.
