Description

Norwich City Council requires a single supplier to provide structural and civil engineering maintenance and repair works to tenanted low rise properties which are being managed by NPS Norwich Ltd - Property Services Team. Structural maintenance and repair works are required to a range of structural defects which relate to (but may not be limited to): - The scope of works comprises of 6 three storey residential blocks of flats with common external stairways and landings within similar residential estates. Concrete repairs to existing precast concrete Omnia landings and reinforced concrete roof slab. Installation of new foundations and associated specialist ground improvement works. Removal of existing defective precast concrete stair flights. Installation of new galvanised steel staircases and handrails. Installation of new galvanised structural steel framing to support landings. Application of liquid applied waterproof roof membrane coatings to flat roofs. Application of liquid applied waterproof deck membrane coatings to landing slabs. Undertaking of drainage repairs. Provision of temporary staircases to enable the works.
