## Description

The objective of this ITT is to identify a contractor that has the relevant experience, skillset & capacity to design and build the new facilities\.\\r \\r The new Industrialisation Analysis laboratory Area will enable UK BIC to conduct Quality Control checks on materials/products manufactured and will consist of the below rooms \\r \\r • Forensics \(FOR\)\\r • Characterisation \(CHAR\)\\r • Coating and Assembly \(CAA\)\\r • Chemical and Physical Processing \(CPPRO\)\\r • Electrochemistry \(ELC\)\\r • Support Office \(SO\)c\\r \\r The design of IAL has been developed to RIBA Stage 3 and all associated drawings and specifications are included within the tender pack and will be procured on a single stage design and build basis\.
