The purpose of this survey is to engage with contractors who have not submitted tenders on our recent tendering opportunities\. By engaging directly with you, we aim to gain a deeper understanding of the factors that may have influenced your decision in choosing not to submit a tender and where possible, importantly, identify areas of improvement to make future opportunities more attractive and appealing
