Monitoring and Evaluation

Southampton City Council invites a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to submit a proposal for a thorough and robust evaluation of the 'My Journey' branded sustainable travel programme funded in 2020/21 by the Department for Transport's Access Fund. Monitoring and evaluation is required on both a project and programme level. On a project level, the supplier will use behaviour change data collected through school travel plan and workplace travel plan programmes and awareness/impact surveys for marketing campaigns and provide insight of the impact the projects have had on travel behaviours. The supplier will be expected to provide quarterly progress reports and an annual report in Spring 2021.
