## Description

The design, manufacture and installation of an EBSD upgrade to existing Gallium Focused Ion Beam \(Ga-FIB\)\. The UKAEA wishes to procure an Electron backscattered diffraction \(EBSD\) detector and associated hardware and software for use on a Thermo Fisher Helios 600i \(SN: 9921923\) Gallium focussed ion beam instrument at the Materials Research Facility at Culham Science Centre\.
