## Description

The client is seeking comprehensive Employer's Agent and Project Management Services for the duration of the project\. The required services are divided into two parts being Part 1 Pre-Construction Phase and Part 2 Construction Phase\. Such division is not intended to and shall not limit or affect the Consultant's obligation generally to provide all the Services as and when may be required, necessary or appropriate for the timely carrying out and completion of the works\.
