Cancellation of prior notice for demolition work and construction of new cinema and associated amenities\. Description in previous notice was as follows: A BBC led project continuing the Town Centre Regeneration works incorporating a new Cinema \(approx\. 35,000 sq\. ft\.\), 6 new Restaurants Units \(circa 20,000 sq\. ft\.\) and associated Servicing and Public Amenity Spaces in the heart of Basildon\. BBC are looking for a contractor with experience in building cinemas to deliver the project on time and within budget\.
