Homes England - Northstowe Phase 2 and 3 Professional Services - Multi-disciplinary

There is a requirement for a multi-faceted consultant team to assist on linking workstreams and services including planning, masterplanning, community engagement, technical and engineering, infrastructure design, services and drainage, resource management, environmental and sustainability, built form, heritage, transportation, surveys and site investigations, development management, health and safety including CDM duties, contractor procurement and management, cost planning, development phasing and disposal and all other services needed to support the delivery of a new settlement at Northstowe.
