## Description

Birmingham City Council is seeking to establish a contract for the provision of on & off site shredding and confidential waste services\. The Council currently spends circa £50k per annum on the Service across approximately 150 non-school sites\. The duration of the Contract shall be for a period of 3 years commencing 2nd January 2018 until 31st December 2021, subject to satisfactory performance\. Further information about this requirement is included in the Council's quotation documents available via the Council's e-tendering system 'in-tend' https://in-tendhost\.co\.uk/birminghamcc\. Registration and use of in-tend is free\. If you are already a registered user, you do not have to re-register\. The procurement process will be managed using this system and therefore all quotations must be submitted by Tenderers via the 'in-tend' system\. Quotations submitted outside of this system will not be permitted\. All correspondence for this procurement process must be via the in-tend correspondence function and you should not contact any individual directly either by email or by telephone If you are unable to register with in-tend or are experiencing difficulties please either email the CPS helpdesk at cps@birmingham\.gov\.uk or call 0121 464 8000\. Providers should be aware that the closing date for the quotation submissions is midday \(12 noon\) on 3rd October 2018\.
