## Description

The selected supplier will be responsible for Planned Preventative Maintenance and Hard FM services, and will: - Carry out reactive works such as general handyman-type repairs\. - Have in place a management structure which includes supplying method statements and risk assessments\. - Man the site with qualified personnel for a four-hour period fortnightly or eight-hour period monthly during office hours\. - Handle any disruptive works, such as cleaning of air-conditioner filters, construction works, PAT testing\. - Handle emergency callouts \(electrical, plumbing, glazing and air conditioning\)\. The following is outside the scope of the contract: - Lift maintenance\. - Fire safety windows\. - Smoke detectors and fire extinguishers\. - Testing the fire alarm\.
