Off-Site Records Management for DWP

Description

Provision of Off-Site Records Management Services for DWP. This contract is with the Department for Work and Pensions for the provision of an Off Site Records Management Service. The services required relate to the management of DWPs hard copy records only. The Services require the supplier to provide the full end to end Records Management Service to be provided from a supplier provisioned location. The Supplier responsibilities shall include One Off bulk intake of Records from DWPs existing Records Management Facility, in Heywood Manchester, Ongoing Intake of Records from the DWP sites, Management of the Storage of Records, Provision of a Records Management IT system for DWP users to view and retrieve files held in storage, Retrieval of Records from storage, Preparation of Records for return to DWP sites, Destruction of Records.
