This opportunity is part of a pilot project\. The Council is setting up a project team to focus solely on reviewing 490 \(approx\.\) customers over the course of one year, with a view to supporting 87\+ of these to become completely independent\. Working with the Council and the Council's staff on the Focused Reablement Project, the supplier shall provide Occupational Therapists to undertake the reviews\.
