Supply of Laboratory Tangential Flow Filtration Apparatus

Tender to establish single supplier framework for the provision of Laboratory Tangential Flow Filtration Apparatus and After Sales Support. The nanomedicines capability is growing rapidly at CPI. To support this growth, there are key pieces of equipment required to increase capability and/or capacity in nanomedicines. Many nanoparticle processes require a purification step immediately post-loading/encapsulation. This needs to be a scalable process, to enable innovation to move towards commercialisation. Therefore, CPI need to buy an additional Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) equipment to perform this function. CPI 's National Formulation Centre already have Repligen TFF systems (KR2i and KMPi), therefore, to ensure processes can be run to similar scales and be considered identical from a product perspective, the equipment must be able to perform to a process identical to that of the Repligen TFF KR2i system or comparable system.
