THA Mandatory Tenant Satisfaction Measures Survey - AWARD

From January 2023, Together Housing Association (THA) will require the services of an Agency Partner in order to assist us in the administration and running of our Tenant Satisfaction Measures Survey (TSMs), so as to be compliant with the conditions set out by the Housing Regulator. This will involve the collection, analysis and presentation of customer satisfaction data as set out by the Regulator of Social Housing in its submission of 21 September 2022.
