Rental of Fields on St Mary's, Isles of Scilly for Cornwall Outdoors Summer Camp

Cornwall Council is looking to procure suitable fields on St Mary's, Isles of Scilly to provide Summer Camps for school groups.

Additional information: Rental of three fields totalling four acres for three years for the period 1st May to 31st August annually. Each field to accommodate forty children plus camp leaders, two marquees, ten tents, two wash tents, portaloos and playing area for children. Field must be maintained regularly to include grass cutting and hedge trimming. In close proximity to an accessible beach. Must have running water and facility to plumb in portaloos. Staff Toilet and Shower required. On site accommodation for Seasonal Camp Warden to also include access to main electric supply for charging of equipment. Freezer/Fridge facilities for duration of contract. Permanent secure storage facilities for hardware which can be left for twelve months of the year. Weekly Waste Collection. Landlord to be on call to provide maintenance and emergency support for duration of contract. Cost to be inclusive to include rental, chargeable rates, utilities and any other associated costs.
