GB-Derby: DH19090 - Electrical Installations Framework

NOTE: This notice was updated on 24 January 2020 for the following reason: The deadline for the submission of tenders has been moved to Friday 31st January at 13.00.(Derby Homes Ltd and Derby City Council (collectively known as the Employer) are looking to establish a Framework with up to 5 providers to carry out new electrical installations, upgrades to domestic Council Houses and other Council commercial premises alongside a portion of adaptation installations to privately owned dwellings within the city of Derby.

The Framework will be to the value of up to £2,000,000 across all providers and will have a maximum duration of four years. Please refer to the tender documents for full details of the requirements of this Framework and for full details of the tendering process.

Providers will be appointed to this Framework on the basis of a best price/quality ratio.

The Employer does not guarantee the amount of work (if any) awarded to the providers on the Framework.)

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
