The overall aim of the commission is to provide a single Integrated Impact Assessment of the fourth LCR Local Transport Plan\. This should be presented at the conclusion of the work as a single volume comprising the following individual elements: • Strategic Environmental Assessment \(SEA\) • Health Impact Assessment \(HIA\) • Equality Impact Assessment \(EIA\)
