Description

HS2 has identified the behaviours it needs to embed in order to build the robust health and safety culture it has committed to and which befits a project of this magnitude. This culture starts within HS2 but also needs to act as an overarching umbrella culture for our supply chain, which means there needs to be consistency and alignment at every level and every location. Having established what those behaviours are, we need to inculcate them by designing and delivering interventions that enable people to behave as safety leaders, irrespective of their role. These behaviours will take the form of several different interventions: • Safety conversations • Group safety coaching - safe decision making • Making safety personal - frontline leadership Additional information: Contract awarded under the terms and conditions of ESPO framework 383 - Managed Training Services, Lot 2 Master Vendor.
