## Description

The Call off Contract is to assure, monitor, challenge and support the Hosting provider and their sub-contractors closely to ensure that the desired outcomes are delivered\. MoJ DT will also require HMCTS's exit activity to be monitored and supported throughout to mitigate the risk of the Hosting platform being required beyond the 26-month period\.
