## Description

The requirement was to establish a Service Provider Framework that could support Southampton City Council's \(SCC\) in-house team in delivering a comprehensive range of pest control, pest management and specialist cleansing services to both residential and non-residential properties and sites owned, managed or leased by SCC; all in a timely, consistent, cost effective and safe manner\.
