IDOX support & Maintenance (For VEAT notification purpose only)

Description

The Council is looking to contract for Support & Maintenance services ONLY for its existing IDOX system. The Council has perpetual licenses to use the IDOX System. The requirement is solely to contract for ongoing support & maintenance of the IDOX system to enable the council to access fixes, patches and new versions which is only available via IDOX. This is not a contract to procure a system, it is to support the system the council already owns in perpetuity. Competition is absent for technical reasons and the protection of exclusive rights-, in relation to Intellectual Property Rights (source code), IDOX do not allow 3rd parties to provide support & maintenance of Intellectual Property. No alternative or substitute exists that can provide IDOX support & Maintenance.
