## Description

Tenant Services are implementing a landlord's suited lock system\. SDC are looking to appoint an organisation that will provide the following works /services on our behalf: • Short term, to carry out a comprehensive survey & inspection of all Tenant Services mechanical & electrical secure doors and cupboards, site offices, tenant amenity rooms and guest bedrooms\. \(Within approximately 28 sheltered & approximately 150 general needs blocks\)\. • To design and install a professional bespoke suited locking system that offers the facility to grow & expand the system long term \(access hierarchy in Appendix B\)\. • To provide access to material and support to our long term repairs and maintenance contractors for the lifetime of the system\. SDC envisage our R&M contractors replacing barrels and keys\. • To advise on the suitability of fob access systems where practicable\.
