Development Partner for Collaton St Mary and Preston Down Road Sites, Paignton

Torbay Council are seeking a Partner for the planning, design, funding, promotion and construction of works for the development of housing at the two identified sites, including all infrastructure highways, associated landscaping and environmental works and to include for the transfer of completed units of affordable housing to the Council's local housing company.
