Description
The London Borough of Camden has a high prevalence of homelessness, and therefore a high demand for healthcare services from this population. While mainstream services should be accessible for homeless residents, specialist services help to engage those people who would otherwise not engage with preventative services and who are likely to present at A&E in crisis. To effectively treat and manage the homeless population in the borough, and reduce demand on acute services, Camden Clinical Commissioning Group (CCCG) is procuring a service to help local homeless people to access health services. Additional information: Closing date 12 noon on Friday 3rd August 2018.
