MH - 0080 - Development At Hill Top Farm, Earl Shilton

Midland Heart is looking to appoint a developer for residential development at Hilltop Farm, Earl Shilton.

The development will comprise, but are not limited to, the Design, Construction and 12 months defect rectification of a mix of 50 properties split: 24 affordable rental properties and 26 shared ownership properties with associated infrastructure works, landscaping and parking.

It is anticipated that a start on site no later than 3rd Quarter 2023 with a practical completion date of 1st Quarter 2025.
