Work description
Provision of specialist technical support services to the National Data Library (NDL) Household Income Kickstarter programme. The Services will support the design, assurance and development of the Secure Operational Environment (SOE) required for the Household Income dataset and associated NDL/OCDO delivery activity, including data protection and ethics advice, security architecture, threat modelling, secure-by-design assurance, programme assurance and delivery mobilisation support.
