WAV/ MC Appointment of a borough wide call-off panel M&E engineers: residential redevelopment schemes

Waverley Borough Council is seeking to appoint a call-off panel of competent, reputable and financially sound practice of mechanical and electrical engineers to provide technical advice, guidance and 'sense-checking' of its architects' designs prior to planning and then during discussions with the appointed build contractor.

This call-off panel will cover several schemes, at various stages of progression through the planning and development process. It is intended to appoint 3- 5 firms for this call-off list, on the assessment criteria set out below. As each opportunity comes up, a mini-tender will take place to confirm that fees / costs.
