Work description
Hastings Borough Council are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced creative organisation or consortium of practitioners to deliver an exciting programme of activity across Hastings to bring the streets alive, increase footfall into town centre areas and increase dwell time in the three 'town centres' this winter.
