## Description

Metropolitan Borough Council intends to create a Construction and Highways Services & Works Framework\(CHSWF\) for the provision of Responsive & Planned Building Repairs, Construction Services and Highways Works\. The works undertaken by Framework Providers will be to schools, libraries and other community buildings, any council assets and office facilities, and highways and footways\. Including but not limited to: Building Repairs & Maintenance Drainage Mechanical AHU / Air con maintenance Electrical Asbestos Remediation Legionella risk assessment Lift Servicing Fire Alarm Servicing Security & CCTV Roofing Works Highways Road Marking Bridges Water Quality Groundworks and landscaping Sprinklers Fire Extinguishers/Fire Signage Roller Shutters and Automatic Doors Additional information: The works are suitable for SMEs
