549 - Portable FTIR Gas Analyser

At the College of Engineering and Physical Sciences at Aston University have completed the procurement of 1 x portable rugged FTIR Gas Analyser to measure trace concentration of pollutants in corrosive, wet gas streams. It will be used for continuous emissions monitoring and environmental monitoring covering a wide range of field tests and lab based research activities across the College including greenhouse gases, waste to energy, engine exhaust gases, gas sensors, food sciences. It will also be used to analyse more than 30 compounds in the range of ppm and ppb.

The required equipment must be calibrated for both applications and include a sampling system.
