## Description

HMRC is inviting suppliers to tender for a Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor \(DGSA\) in order that it may comply with an exemption granted by the Health & Safety Executive \(HSE\) relating to the Road Fuel Testing Unit \(RFTU\) oils activity only\. HMRC use an e-sourcing portal \(SAP Ariba\) for which you must complete an application form in order to access the tender documents\.
