## Description

Westminster City Council is running a procurement exercises for Access Control\. The chosen procurement route is via the restricted procurement process\. This will be a 2-stage procurement process\. The first stage will consist of a standard questionnaire \(SQ\)\. The second stage will be the ITT, the 5 highest scoring suppliers at SQ stage will be invited to take part in the ITT\.
