Work description
Corby Borough Council requires a service for continued maintenance and repairs of assistive technology in sheltered accommodation properties. This includes all emergency alarm services maintenance, including current equipment, hard wired emergency alarms and control centre call handling equipment in the Borough of Corby.
The expectation would be the provision of a fully comprehensive, reliable, responsive, preventative and curative maintenance service (including software support for Saturn call handling terminals x2) to equipment already installed within sheltered housing across Corby and an emergency callout facility available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
This contract will run for 2 (two) years, with an option to extend for a further year. The decision to extend the contract will be based on the successful bidder's performance during the initial two-year term. In essence this contract is to run for a maximum of 3 (three) years.
