Access Control and Intruder Alarm Maintenance Service

Description

The purpose of this Tender is to give qualified companies the opportunity to be considered to enter into a 5 year contract with Swale Borough Council to provide a comprehensive inspection, testing and maintenance service of the Council's access control system, intruder alarms and CCTV systems for a selection of council owned buildings. The contract shall commence on 30th January 2021 and terminate on 29th January 2026. The tenderer/s who submit/s the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT) will be awarded the contract. Expressions of Interest and the Invitation to Tender (ITT) must be submitted/uploaded to the council's e-tendering portal. The closing date for submission of expressions of interest and the closing date for submission of the ITT is 3rd December 2020 at 09:00am. Additional information: Expressions of Interest and the Invitation to Tender (ITT) must be submitted/uploaded to the council's e-tendering portal.
