Description

The Information Services Department manages its integrated IT Service Management Processes using an application called LANDesk. Ivanti are the supplier of the LANDesk product and are the only authorised provider of the licenses. Due to growth in the IS establishment, we require additional licenses to ensure compliance and that all the relevant IS staff have access to this core tool and this capability which provides the primary interface to the business and the management of workflow through the department.
