Evaluation of Study Programmes

The ETF are seeking a supplier to carry out an independent evaluation of study programme support commissioned in April 2018. This evaluation will look into outcomes from the current year (2018/19) and the previous year (2017/18) evaluating the delivery partner currently running the programme. The successful tenderer will be expected to review provider action plans created as part of the programme, review progress on those plans and any outcomes from them. They should show whether action plans have been effectively followed and illustrate the impact on providers and across the sector.
