The Council wish to appoint consultants to prepare a Sustainability Appraisal \(SA\) of the new Local Plan throughout its preparation and up until the point of formal adoption\. In line with general practice, this will be an integrated appraisal that incorporates the requirements of the Strategic Environmental Assessment \(SEA\) Regulations 2004\.
